Crafted with a dedication to social welfare, the project unfolds with ten houses thoughtfully arranged around a central courtyard, where a shared pool beckons residents to partake in communal harmony. To elevate the overall communal experience, we have extended the pool area by creating ornamental pools that define common spaces, private gardens, and walkways, offering a welcome reprieve from the scorching summers of Köyceğiz. White canopies connecting the buildings used for ensuring each house a distinctive entrance and cultivating a profound sense of individuality among the residents while strengthening neighborly relations.
