CLUB MARVY

Club Marvy, designed in collaboration with Faar, is a transformational renovation project of a hotel located in Özdere, Izmir. The original hotel, situated on 160 decare of land, boasted 339 rooms and 3 penthouses. Through meticulous design, it is transformed into an enchanting Aegean-inspired retreat featuring private bungalows, two exclusive beaches, an invigorating aquapark, swimming pools, serene pilates and yoga studios, as well as rejuvenating spa and wellness areas. Preserving the essence of the old hotel, the main structure remains intact while gracefully extending into new areas. The project is a testament to the harmonious blending of old and new, showcasing the seamless coexistence of tradition and modernity.
