DESIGN + CONSTRUCTION
S House, completed in 2021, is located in the picturesque surroundings of Yeşilüzümlü, Fethiye, Muğla. The project was designed for a family of three working in agriculture. Their desire for a home dominated by an expansive, protective roof became the basis of the design. Through the use of varying roof heights, the architecture forms dynamic volumes underneath, creating spaces where light and shade interact in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
Transition from a two-story structure to a single-story layout optimizes natural sunlight, enhancing the vitality of the garden and revealing an open courtyard crowned by a sunlit pool area. The design seamlessly integrates the family's agrarian lifestyle with modern living, creating a sanctuary that is both practical and inspiring.
