Designed with an approach towards social welfare, K-Social Housing consists of ten houses carefully arranged around a central courtyard. This design promotes a sense of community with a communal pool at the heart of the courtyard, inviting residents to enjoy collective harmony. To enhance the communal experience, the pool area is extended with reflecting pools that border the common areas, private gardens and walkways. The water elements not only add aesthetic value but also provide a refreshing escape from the intense Koycegiz summers.
White canopies connect the buildings, ensuring that each house has its own entrance. This design choice strengthens neighborly relations and fosters a deep sense of individuality among the residents. The eaves also contribute to the visual harmony of the site, creating a unified yet distinct architectural landscape. Each dwelling is designed with attention to individuality and unity, blending seamlessly into the common areas while maintaining individual sanctuaries. This thoughtful design encourages both social interaction and individual comfort, making the Köyceğiz project a harmonious living model.
