HF Houses is a development of eight residences designed in Yaliciftlik, Bodrum. Each residence has a private garden with stunning open views and is positioned to ensure uninterrupted views. To maximize garden space, the houses are designed in a linear layout and their interiors blend seamlessly with inviting outdoor spaces, including terraces, interior gardens and backyards. The rear walls of each house not only define the boundaries, but also serve as functional elements that fulfill essential functions within the dwelling.
The project proceeds along three different lines. The first line connects with the neighboring gardens and houses essential functions such as the staircase, toilet, kitchen, outdoor shower and technical room, bathed in natural light from two separate backyards. The second line consists of three main units (living unit, sleeping unit and working unit) connected under a white steel canopy that defines the exterior and interior spaces. The third line is a continuous walkway that connects all the functions and defines the main entrance area.
