Nestled in the middle of olive groves and adjacent to a rural road, the residence focuses on creating a controlled and permeable boundary to adapt to different future use scenarios and density. The building is positioned adjacent to the road resulting in a large garden area. On the ground floor, walls constructed from local stones create a visual unity with the surroundings. The stone walls, which continue along the entire ground floor, eliminate the separation between the interior and exterior and create a feeling of more spaciousness.
In contrast to the stone floor, the upper volume emerges as a sleek white box that houses two bedrooms with their own private views. This design choice provides a distinct architectural contrast while presenting the residence as a single-story house. The simplicity of the upper floor provides a modern effect while complementing the ground floor, which is in harmony with its surroundings.
