TG HOUSE

Created with the needs of a conservative family in mind, TG House is designed for large family gatherings which prioritizes privacy. Our main concept revolves around an outer shell—a wooden box painted with red ochre which is used for protecting wood from external climatic conditions. This wood shell not only allows residents to control the level of visual permeability but also provides a sense of belonging and connection with surroundings and built environment.

The ground floor emphasizes an expansive garden area, providing functional spaces for outdoor activities that seamlessly connect with the surrounding sea. The larger upper volume creates a shaded terrace for the ground activities. On the upper floor, three bedrooms are accompanied by an alternative living area, separated by sliding doors to cater to various usage scenarios. The master bedroom offers breathtaking views of the Black Sea, while the other two bedrooms overlook the majestic mountains. The outer shell also contributes to the creation of large terraces on the upper floor, enhancing the overall living experience.
