HF HOUSES

HF Houses, a settlement of 8 residences designed in Yalıçiftlik, Bodrum, Muğla. Each house boasts a private garden with captivating open views, positioned to ensure for open view. To increase garden area, the houses are designed in a linear layout, seamlessly blending the interior spaces with the inviting exterior areas, including terraces, interior gardens, and backyards.
The back walls of each house not only delineate boundaries but also serve as functional elements, fulfilling essential functions within the dwelling.

The project unfolds in three distinct lines. The first line establishes a connection with the neighboring gardens and houses imperative functions such as the staircase, WC, kitchen, outdoor shower, and technical room, all bathed in natural light from two separate backyards.
The second line comprises three primary units—a living unit, a sleeping unit, and a work unit—intimately connected under a white steel canopy, defining the outer and interior spaces. Third line is continuous walkway connecting all functions and defining the main entrance area.
