H HOUSE

Nestled amidst olive gardens, separated by a rural road, the primary concept behind this dwelling was to create a home featuring a controlled, permeable barrier with the road, taking into consideration potential future increased density scenarios. The project is positioned adjacent to this road, allowing for a larger garden area in front of the building, and all ground floor areas are constructed using the same stone walls. These stones, sourced from the local area, contribute to a sense of unity with the surrounding nature, artfully harmonizing the interior with the serene exterior. The stone walls serve as significant design elements, shaping the ground floor spaces and seamlessly connecting them with the tranquil outdoor environment. In contrast to the base, the upper volume emerges as a white box, housing two bedrooms with their private views and presenting itself as a one-story dwelling.
